1. How the Loyalty Point System Works
- The Lord of the Seeds loyalty point system is active from 2024.10.15.
- Points awarded upon registration: 500 points (1 point = 1 HUF).
- The 500 bonus points are only awarded for registrations made on or after 2024.10.15.
- Additionally, loyalty points are awarded to all registered customers after each purchase, which will be credited to their customer account.
- Points are awarded based on the price of individual products, excluding shipping costs and other fees.
- Loyalty points for non-discounted products: 4% of the gross price.
- Loyalty points for discounted products: 2% of the gross price.
- No points are awarded for shipping or other fees.
- Example #1: If the non-discounted gross price of a product is 1,000 HUF, 40 points will be credited to the customer's account after the purchase (1 point = 1 HUF).
- Example #2: If the discounted gross price of a product is 1,000 HUF, 20 points will be credited to the customer's account after the purchase (1 point = 1 HUF).
- If a customer purchases a product that is part of the "More for Less" promotion, the loyalty points will be calculated based on the discounted price. This means that points are awarded based on the actual amount paid for the product, not the original price.
- Loyalty points can be combined with other discounts or coupons, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Conditions for Collecting and Using Points
- Loyalty points can only be collected by registered customers with an account at the Lord of the Seeds web store.
- Points are automatically credited to the customer's account after the order has been paid for and completed.
- To use loyalty points, the customer must be logged into their account. During checkout, the points will be deducted from the total amount of the purchase.
- Loyalty points are valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date they are credited, after which they will be automatically deleted.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another customer account.
- You can use 100% of your point balance towards the total value of your order.
- Points can only be redeemed for orders with a total value exceeding 1,000 HUF (gross).
- When finalizing the purchase, on the shipping and payment selection page, the "Use points for this purchase" option is automatically checked. This means that if the customer has loyalty points, they will be automatically applied to reduce the total order value, unless the customer opts out.
- Customers can choose not to use their points for a particular purchase by simply unchecking the "Use points for this purchase" box, and the system will not apply points to the order.
3. Returns and Point Adjustments
- If a customer returns a product for which they earned points, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted from the customer account.
- If an order is canceled, the loyalty points associated with it will also be canceled.
4. Special Promotions and Point Earning Opportunities
- From time to time, we offer extra points during special promotions. These promotions are available during specific periods and are subject to their own terms and conditions, such as holiday sales, seasonal discounts, or extra points for the launch of new products.
- During these promotions, the points for the products will be credited based on the point values shown on the website, overriding the normal 2-4% point calculation method. We do not send individual notifications about these promotions, so we encourage you to check the product descriptions and the point values displayed on the website for the most up-to-date information.

5. Modifying or Terminating the Loyalty Program
- Lord of the Seeds reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty point system at any time. Customers will be notified of any such changes in advance on the web store’s interface.
- In the event of program termination, any accumulated points may be used until the termination date, after which they will become invalid.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have access to their registered account and that they use their loyalty points within the validity period.
- Points cannot be redeemed if the customer account is inactive or if the customer violates the Lord of the Seeds general terms and conditions.
